Key responsibilities include : securing and contracting the facility, securing and scheduling staff, receiving shipment of all program equipment and product, organizing the end of program prize selection and distribution, attending regularly scheduled calls with USA Basketball and other program lead coordinators, ensuring the proper Open Court free-play curriculum is administered at sessions and marketing the program to local children, schools, community centers, teams and organizations to drive attendance.

Key responsibilities include : managing the program check-in sheet either by computer or by paper, updating and sending the weekly attendance tracker to USA Basketball, distributing waivers to first-time participants and ensuring all participants have a waiver on file and collecting email contact information for each participant to be used for the prize order form.

Key responsibilities include : assisting with program and signage set up at the direction of the assistant coordinator, having knowledge of the Open Court curriculum and implementation of games and stations during each session and supervision of children during sessions. Related News. Tags U.
